This twenty page booklet is only available to clients of Boteler & Wolfe. It was written and published by Mark Wolfe for those clients who find that litigation is the only means available to obtain fair and reasonable restitution for their injuries and damages. It provides an overview of the various Courts which are available to resolve the case and tells the pros and cons of each Court system. The publication provides a detailed outline of what the client can expect during the litigation process. A section of this publication is devoted to explaining the insurance defense lawyer’s objectives and goals for written discovery and depositions so the client can avoid common mistakes and pitfalls. It also provides the client practical tips and suggestions, with numerous examples, for handling direct and cross examination questions during depositions and at trial. Special emphasis is given to questioning techniques used by skillful insurance defense lawyers. The information contained in this publication has helped the attorneys and clients of Boteler & Wolfe successfully prosecute over 300 personal injury cases by way of litigation.
